An adult cooper's hawk at least 3 years of age as that is when the eyes turn from a yellow signifying a juvenile, to a deep red and the back becomes a slate gray with brownish bars on the breast. Another feature is three black bands on the tail with the end of the tail tipped in white. Getting this shot happened because I've made a point to try and have my camera with me at all times, because you just never know when you may need it!
I've enhanced the image to give it a vintage aged look with multiple texture layers from several sources.
